Terms and Conditions


GENERAL: We genuinely want you to be happy, safe and a life-long team member; but these are our bare minimum policies required for us to even consider offering or products & services to the public. They are conservative but they are legal. We advise you to read them carefully and call us with any questions as liability forces us to operate with an extremely narrow & rigid business plan. We rely on you as much as you might rely on us to make the commercial side of this recreational business work. Again, don’t hesitate to call us if you have questions.

AFFILIATION: “Expedition-Quality” is our credo when we refer to our mission, staff, equipment, services, events & facilities. Due to the inherent risk to the company, other members of our team, expedition goals & thsport in general; only dependable & predictable Aircraft/Pilots will be affiliated with our operation. We reserve the right to cancel affiliation and refuse service at any time.

DAMAGE: We may be willing to take the risk of injury or death, but are not liable for damage to your equipment while in use, testing, storage, or when transported on your behalf.

PAYMENT: Payment is required before your equipment or documentation is returned to you. Any cost associated with collection or restitution of your late, or lack of, payment will be your responsibility.

RISK & RESPONSIBILITY: All risks of aviation are assumed by you. You must complete adequate training before attempting to assemble, tune, or fly this equipment.

TECHNICAL WORK: We are not certified mechanics nor test-pilots so despite our methods & opinions, it is your responsibility for agreeing with them or not. You must test your equipment before operating it, period.

SAFETY: With respect to your safety & ours, we cannot promise that we will test-fly, service, or train you in, an aircraft that is unfamiliar, unsafe or simply not equipped for safe and/or effective instruction.

CREDIT CARDS: Typically, a 3% Transaction Fee for Credit Card Payments will apply.

TRAVEL & DELIVERY: Travel/Delivery are billable but can fluctuate with fuel prices & truck/trailer combo. Costs can be shared by multiple aircraft so stay in contact with us when shipping time approaches.

JUNK FEES: We don’t charge any other junk fees but we reserve the right to charge you double for having a bad attitude or leaving a mess in the hangar…


    1. Wild Sky Coverage: Warranty is limited to the Airframe. The Airframe is defined as the Forward Airframe, Aft Airframe, A-Arms, Mast, Front Fork, Engine Frame & Front Limiter Tube. Wild Sky is the final authority on such claims.
    2. OEM Coverage: OEM part warranties are limited to that of the manufacturer but we can assist. Wild Sky is the final authority on such claims.
    3. Wild Sky Airframe Warranty Term: 10 years or 1000 hours – whichever comes first.
    4. Dependence: Warranty coverage is dependent on Wild Sky LLC being operational & currently registered for commerce.
    5. Limits: Warranty is limited to Materials & Craftsmanship; Parts & Assemblies showing NO signs of abuse or misuse; and to the original purchaser only. Labor is not covered by warranty. The extent of the obligation of Wild Sky under the foregoing warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, and, in no event shall Wild Sky be liable for consequential damages.
    6. Notice: The Customer shall notify Wild Sky in writing within five (5) days after discovery of any defect, detected during the warranty period.
    7. Life Limited Parts: Life limited parts are not covered under the warranty unless a defect in the materials or workmanship is found AND the part is received by Wild Sky before its expiration.
    8. Shipping & Handling: Shipping & Handling or 3rd party costs are not included in the event of, or under the category of, Warranty issues or claims.
    9. Coatings, Paints & Finishes: Coatings, Paints or Finishes are not covered by warranty. And, it may be necessary to remove or alter the Coatings, Paints or Finishes in the Process of implementing Warranty inspections, repairs or replacements. Coatings, Paints & Finishes will be considered billable to the Client if return or replacement of the Part with Coating, Paint or Finish is desired by the Client.
    10. Consequential Limits: Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Contract to the contrary, Wild Sky shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, however occasioned, including, without limitation, any losses, liabilities or damages resulting from the customer’s general or particular requirements or needs, whether Wild Sky at the time of participation or later had reason to know of any such requirements or needs. Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Contract to the contrary, Wild Sky shall not be liable for any injury to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly, from any breach of warranty (express or implied), for punitive damages, or for any damages in respect of loss of anticipatory profits.
    11. RELIEF: As to each defect, Wild Sky shall be relieved of all obligations and liability under this warranty if the product appears to have been abused or misused, 2.) The part has been repaired, altered, or modified by the client.
    12. IN LIEU OF: The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise.

MINIMUM ORDERS: Minimum parts orders of $100.00. Order charge of $50 will apply if order is less than US$100.00.

TAXES & DUTIES: Any and all taxes, dues, import duties, etc., shall be borne by the client.

PAYMENT TERMS: Point of Sale. No parts will leave Wild Sky unless all Invoices are paid. 18.99%/year will begin accruing after 30 days of non-payment. $50 processing fee will be charged to all parts or Assemblies shelved for storage until the Client pays. Storage of Aircraft will be billed at $300/month starting 30 days after an Invoice is expected to be paid.

RETURNS: Products returned for exchange must be returned postage paid, in new condition, in original packing, with all documentation, and must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Wild Sky LLC.

RESTOCKING FEES: For products that are authorized for return, a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced price will be charged or deducted from the credit or refund on all returns.

CANCELLATION: No Purchase Order may be cancelled without written approval from WILD SKY.

CUSTOMIZATION: We manufacture and distribute custom parts for specific applications and cannot resell parts made for customer applications. If a cancellation request is accepted in writing there will be a 50%, of purchase order price, cancellation fee invoiced or withheld from refund.

AOG SUPPORT: (Aircraft On Ground) Wild Sky can provide Parts & Service, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week outside of normal hours of operation. The fee for this service is $250 per hour or per order.
